No Time to Work Out? Circuits for the Farmington area.

I hear the same thing from people all the time…

“I don’t have time to spend an hour a day working out!!”

My response is always that YOU ONLY NEED 30-40 MINUTES 3-5 DAYS A WEEK to start seeing weight loss results.Not only can you get a great workout in this time, but you can actually split your workouts up. If you can give 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night you will start to see results in your body and yes your abs after a few weeks.You can get so much done in just 20 Minutes of intervals in the morning and 20 minutes of circuits at night.

Now of course the most important thing to losing weight and having a nice looking stomach is your diet. If your not strict and don’t have a plan then you will not reach your fitness goals no matter how much you workout.!!
