I was born and raised in the Waterbury, Ct area, and this is where I started as a personal trainer. It really seems like ages ago since I trained my first client at the YMCA.
Since then I’ve trained in a variety of locations in Florida, San Diego, and most recently Los Angeles. My clients have ranged from stay at home moms and the elderly to celebrities and professional athletes. I’ve had crummy jobs in crummy gyms with no authority. I’ve also had great jobs, in world class facilities, where I only answered to myself.
I’ve learned a ton from these experiences and I’ve brought them all home to the West Hartford area to share with you. I’m bringing my vision of Health and Vanity Personal Training to the forefront to give West Hartford a fitness program its never seen before. This is something your going to want to be a part of. Stay tuned….this is going to be a big year.

Where are your favorite gyms for personal training in Cheshire? I’m not talking about the commercial gyms like a LA Fitness or 24 Hour. I want to know about the privately owned gyms and the smaller studios. The Cheshire gyms that have character and top notch personal trainers.
What about outdoor activities? Does anybody work out with a trainer at local parks? At Cheshire High? If so who are your favorite personal trainers aka fitness trainers in the area?

I hear the same thing from people all the time…
“I don’t have time to spend an hour a day working out!!”
My response is always that YOU ONLY NEED 30-40 MINUTES 3-5 DAYS A WEEK to start seeing weight loss results.Not only can you get a great workout in this time, but you can actually split your workouts up. If you can give 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night you will start to see results in your body and yes your abs after a few weeks.You can get so much done in just 20 Minutes of intervals in the morning and 20 minutes of circuits at night.
Now of course the most important thing to losing weight and having a nice looking stomach is your diet. If your not strict and don’t have a plan then you will not reach your fitness goals no matter how much you workout.!!
ONCE AGAIN….I’M A PERSONAL TRAINER BUT I”M TELLING YOU THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF LOSING WEIGHT IS YOUR DIET!!
